My GoCodes link doesn't work

Hello, I am trying to get my GoCodes link to work. Here are the steps I did. I went to settings then GoCodes. I left the word go there, clicked NoFollow and saved the settings. Then I went to tools then GoCodes. I entered in my redirect key of official-website. I copied and pasted in my affiliate link. I clicked yes to track hits and clicked add redirect key. But when I try this new code, it doesn’t work. I even put it into the URL to see if that would make it work, but it didn’t. Can you tell me how to fix this? I appreciate it. Thank you.
