• Whenever a potential customer tries to submit his details on any of my Getresponse optin cats that i have installed, it says couldn’t verify submission try reloading. And immediately i login to mybadmin account and edit the form or just review the cat, the submission error stops but after few hours, it starts again. Kindly help. I have contacted Getresponse but they said the issue is with WordPress

    When you test this, are you using an email address that has already been added/previously subscribed ?

    Your submission was added because i have logged in to my wp admin account. But when i don’t visit my wp account for about 3 hours, the submission error occurs and no one is able to submit details. It says “couldn’t verify submission try reloading” kindly help

    I tried again a few times, and it worked again for me each time. Does that mean you have been logging in each time and doing something to the optin form ?

    When you test this, are you using an email address that has already been added/previously subscribed ?

    Sometimes this issue often has to do with an expired nonce. A nonce is a WordPress security feature attached to your login, and if it is expired, some things cease to work.

    Please try logging out of your WordPress admin account, and back in. Then do a force refresh when viewing the page with the optin form (CTRL+F5 for Windows, CMD+Shifht+R for Mac), just to be sure.

    If that doesn’t make the form start working for you, let us know.

    Yes because I don’t want to lose customers i try as much as i can to keep my wp page opened

    No i don’t test using the same email. I use multiple

    Thank you very much i just did the force refresh. I hope the issue doesn’t come again. I will wait a few hours and test again to see if the issue is resolved
