    Hello,

    If you have opened a ticket on our forums.

    Please, kindly provide WP admin credentials there or some users credentials so we can run some tests. it looks like a JS conflict

    Where would that JS conflict come from?
    IF the only plugin used in UU and the theme is basic WP?
    Since I have tested that and seen no difference

    lets assume there is such a conflict?
    How would that be resolved? Is that something I can, or is it the case of waiting for a bug fix from your end?

    Is there something I can do at my end to test that?

    I have been posting on your forum but there is very little responce from you there in the last 24 hours so posting here too….
    Please help sort this out:

    Developer tools in chrome shows the bold to be an error: also see the screen shot
    Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘post’ of undefined:

    $.post(ajaxurl, { action: ‘show_all_my_friends’
    }, function (resp
    onse){

    }

    Is there something I can do to fix this?

    I know the guy is checking your issue on the forums. You should get a reply from him soon.

    Unfortunately, we can’t offer support for the same issue on two different forums :).

    If you’re getting that error message, I could assure you that either one of your plugins or your theme is overriding or removing the default $ jquery variable. That of course will cause an issue.

    However, the guy on the forums will get back to you. We try to resolve issues within 24-48 hours, so.. tweaking the plugin due a theme conflict might take a little bit longer. Whatever the reason is you will get help within a reasonable time.

    I see a reason of why you haven’t got a reply.

    You have posted your issue on someone’s else topic, actually that topic belongs or it was opened by sonny. We won’t be able to help you if you post replies rather than opening your own topic.

    Please, kindly open your own topic, we will get back to you.

    Next time, please open your own topics, that way you can get a faster support. However.. the support may take up to 48 hours to get back to you, in this case i will ask the supporter guy to reply to you before.

    in the first reply I got I was advised to:

    Now it seems the issue has disappeared from your forum all together so just as well I posted here too!

    Like I said before I have disabled all plugins apart from UU and the theme as well going back to the default WP2014 but the problem was still there!
