Sterndata,, I made an effort to try to explain my issue in english, wich is not my main language and it’s hard for me to try to explain this.

So I will ignore that joke comment that I didn’t understand, I prefer to think that you’re not making fun of my main message because of my bad english.

I have anready tried to use that contact form but always sending me to public forums, I don’t know how to proceed, that’s why I’m asking here.
