My frd request for sms api integration in woocommerce

Hi every one my self a woocommerce learner
my friend have the ecommerce store spot2get . he is asked me to integrate sms api to his website but i have no idea how to do it. he think i am professional , i said i will because i got remembered a quote ” If somebody offers you an amazing opportunity but you are not sure you can do it SAY YES then learn how to it .” so i am here for your help .

He purchased Routesms i contacted them they told me get the details you want to send sms and it will automatically send i told ok .
I have seen many questions based on integrating sms api . i have not understand even a thing, after placing order how it will automanically read the file and send the sms . Even i have not understand which folder i have to paste the file. And i have seen the plugin Woo SMS Any Api i costs 1000bucks but i dont want to buy because i will lost my reputation near him .
can you help me to handle the situation or at least guide to find the solution.
