My forum doesn't look nice, please help!

I’ve set up this plugin and went through all the settings, but my forum on the discussion page doesn’t look nice and it’s missing a lot of things: categories, filter, answer button, etc. When I see screenshots it looks all nice and colourful and mine looks boring.

At the moment, I can not access your site, you can check again and let me know when the site comes back.
Also, in this case, please deactivate all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one and let us know if you find the problematic plugin(s). Maybe there is a conflict in plugins.
