My Forminator’s Form Disappear

The Forminator form was working correctly, however it suddenly disappeared, it is no longer visible to the user.

I reviewed previous forums where they recommended entering the following additional CSS code:
.forminator-custom-form {
display: block !important;
}
But what this achieved is that the entire form is shown even with the fields that should be visible only if a condition is met

I love this plugin for its ease of use, but I see that it has many drawbacks and is very unstable. I would not want to stop using it. Please help me to continue trusting Forminator.
