My form does not show up when creating a page

  • I’m no pro at this, but go to the page you want to put the registration on and put in [register role=”subscriber”]. Log out of wordpress. Go into your site as regular visitor, go to your registration page, and you should see the form.

    I added this and I got some weird smiley face and the content of the page went blank. Only the title showed up. Any suggestions?

    i just made a new website with go daddy and am trying to use wordpress to make it. this is the second website i have made with wordpress, but when i tried to make forms for my page i came up empty. for some reason i have no way to make forms on this website with wordpress.
