My form autofill not working when i enable litespeed cache

    Hello,

    I have installed LiteSpeed plugin in my wordpress, everything works well, but in this page https://www.khaish.com/lehenga-made-to-measure-form/?Id=25133 the first 4 field in the top comes with autofill data, and it is not working when i enabled LiteSpeed cache on, when i turned off LiteSpeed cache then autofill working without any issue.

    Please help me out in this

    please provide the report number

    you can get it in toolbox -> report-> click “send to LiteSpeed”

    please try disable all the JS options, purge all , see how it goes

    This problem only arise when i enable Cache button, when i turned off Cache button then auto fill value came, when i refresh page
