My flash banner is taking too long to load

My flash banner isn’t loading when my site comes up. It was working fine before I created my post entries, but now it won’t play until all my photos (56) in my various post entries have been uploaded. Right now I have all my posts displayed on one page. I wonder if I create 2 or 3 pages of posts, the loading time would decrease and the problem would be solved.

Problem: I can’t figure out how to create multiple pages for my posts. Help!
