It’s great seeing pre-www film photos scanned & posted on the modern interweb. Good job with the gallery of old photos. The one of you “hanging” at the beach is hilarious, to think that kid is now blogging this page in 2006.

Only thing that looked odd in your design, the way the bottom white border of your header clashes with the fade-out on the right and left sides of your main page content. In other words, can you apply the same darkening fade to the sides of your header image especially the white areas?

Can anyone tell me what the link would be for the “archives” and “links” (for the menu at the top)? This template has those links by default, but I cannot figure out what the actual link should be to make it work.
