    I made my first attempt at a backup with UpdraftPlus, and it was a failure. I was trying to change the function of my products on my e-commerce site because currently, when you hover over them, the “add to cart” button appears. However, what I want is for clicking on the image to take you to the product page. After a few adjustments to the CSS, the “add to cart” button still appeared, but now much larger and with distorted letters, as if it had been zoomed in. What I did not only didn’t change the configuration as I expected, but it also ruined the previous configuration.

    Because of this, I decided to try restoring to the last saved version on my Google Drive through UpdraftPlus. When I attempted this, the backup failed.

    The error shown is the following:

    Error data: (2) /home/64a345d2c1ac185fe00605c3/public_html/wp-content/upgrade/04cf79e0/mu-plugins/closte -> /home/64a345d2c1ac185fe00605c3/public_html/wp-content/mu-plugins/closte

    I am not an expert in programming or websites. For this reason, I come to you for help. Maybe someone has encountered this before or simply knows what I can do to solve the problem with my “add to cart” button or to successfully restore my page.

    Please help!

    Hi,

    To help us work out the cause of your problem, can you please send us a copy of the backup log?
    This log can be found in the Existing Backups tab of the UpdraftPlus dashboard.
    If you cannot access the UpdraftPlus dashboard, then you can find the log file in the ‘wp-content/updraft’ directory via FTP or your hosts’ file manager.

    Best Wishes,
    Bryle
