    Dear CTX Feed’s support team, how are you ?
    My name is Sonny and currently I am using CTX feed to syncing my products from my WordPress to Google Merchant Center in order to add products to my Google’s Shopping Ads.
    However at the moment I’m having an issue with CTX’s product feed, it doesn’t syncing my new products from my WordPress to Google Merchant Center. I’ve had face this issues before, just recently. Could you help me ?

    Thanks for reaching us.

    The possible reason could be any Caching Plugin that is preventing the feed from being updated. So, make sure to exclude the feed file from the caching plugin. For more, you can follow the documentation on – How to solve feed configurations not updating issue?

    Hi Badal
    Thank you very much for your response. I’ve checked my WordPress and there wasn’t any cache plugins that installed to it. Do you have any other ideas? Thank you

    Hi @sonnyngo

    Google Marchant takes a while to process a newly submitted feed. So, I would suggest you wait for a few hours to check if it processes the newly added products.

    Before that, you have to make sure if the newly added products are getting included in the feed generated with our plugin. If the products are not being added to the feed then regenerate the feed and check if the newly added products are getting included in the feed or not. If the feed is not including those new products then we need to fix this issue first.
