    Hi,

My store has around 10k products and I want to generate Pinterest and Google shopping feed. Everything has been fine until the generating process was done, I tried to connect my Pinterest feed to my Pinterest account but met an error: “Catalogs can’t access your file” and then I checked the statistics and found out that my feed is empty.

I followed your instruction for this case. I added define(‘DISABLE_WP_CRON’, false); to my wp-config.php file to activate wp-cron and after that, I generate feed one more time but the situation is still the same – my feed is empty.

Can you check and give me a solution?

To be clear, I generate my feed on Google Chrome and I don’t create any filters or rules

    Hi Edemon,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your Pinterest feed.

You mention you enabled your WP-cron again in your wp-config.php file. Make sure that after that you deactivate and reactivate our plugin so all cron events are reset.

When that doesn’t solve the issue at hand there can be a few more reasons as to why your feed is empty. We have listed those reasons here: https://adtribes.io/help-i-have-none-or-less-products-in-my-product-feed-than-expected/. Could you go through those reasons to see if any of those is applicable to you?

It might also be worthwhile checking out your WooCommerce error logs to see if there are errors in there that might explain for the feed being empty. I am thinking about timeouts, memory issues, etc. Instructions on how to find the WooCommerce error logs can be found here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/finding-php-error-logs/

    Hope this helps?

    All the best,
    Eva

Hi, I tried to deactivate and then activate the plugin, but it didn’t work. Here is my error_log file. Can you take a look and tell me the reason?

If the problem is solved, I will definitely upgrade to Elite version.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Thanks for sending over the error log. I noticed a lot of the following error messages in it, they do not seem to be initiated or related to our plugin but they do indicate there is a resource issue on your server / website as it runs out of memory and into execution time limitations often:

[23-Feb-2020 11:26:27 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /home/ufz08cyn48yc/public_html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/class.photon.php on line 777
[23-Feb-2020 11:27:15 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /home/ufz08cyn48yc/public_html/wp-includes/l10n.php on line 1119
[23-Feb-2020 11:33:30 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 32768 bytes) in /home/ufz08cyn48yc/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/templates/single-product/stock.php on line 1
[23-Feb-2020 11:41:27 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 32768 bytes) in /home/ufz08cyn48yc/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/templates/single-product/stock.php on line 1

I would reach out to your host asking them if they can increase the allowed memory size usage and maximum execution time (to 60 seconds).

Now that being said I don’t think the above reasons are the cause for your feed being empty. Did you check out the possible causes mentioned in this blog post already?

    Hi,

I increased the memory limit and execution time for my site but I still can not generate feed for my store. Can you check my error_log once more and give me a solution?

So it seems something might be wrong with your WP-cron.

    Hi,

I purchased your Elite plan. Do you offer the service to setup feed? because right now, I feel so frustrated. I still can’t create a working feed. the feed is alway empty. I did everything in your instruction: wp-cron is activated, increase memory limit,… but nothing changes.

    Here’s my error_log file: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1c_Jq7li772JaWWb4O2tXCsh3tHFNxPFo/view?usp=sharing

the strange thing is on the last sunday (03/01/2020), I was able to create a working feed. but, one day after that, my site was down and I can’t access my admin page for a while. When I can access the admin, my site was reversed to the situation of 2-3 days ago, all the changes I made was also lost. From that day, I can’t create feed. I don’t understand.

Can you help me setup the feed. It took me too much of time
