    Hi Tomas,

I assume these products are on a “Published” status in the shop and they are in a category that is selected in the feed setup?

And could you tell me what version nr you’ve currently installed?

    Best regards,
    Michel

    Hi Michel,

Yes new products are “Published” in the shop and yes they are in a category selected in the feed. The issue is that categories aren’t refresh with the new product. For example : book category = 100 products in the feed. But in real, there are 8 new products in this category. Book category still at 100 products and don’t take the 8 new products.

So the feed doesn’t update his data product, it’s my problem.

my feed manager version is 1.4.3
    my wp version is 4.4.1

    Best regards,
    Thomas

Thomas, I think I know what is happening. The free version is limited to 100 products in a feed…

This means in your case that the first 100 products are stored in the feed but the 8 new product fall outside the scope of the feed update as it is limited to 100 products max.

Are all the products you want to add to the feed in one single category? If you could maybe split them up in two categories you could devide them over two feeds.

    Best regards,
    Michel

    Michel,

    Thank you for explain.
I have currently 244 products in my shopping feed but indeed only one category (social book) have 100 products. If I create a new category for these 8 products, I could add them in my shopping feed. Thank you very much Michel.

    Best regards,
    Thomas
