My favorite!!

What a great plugin. I was using Visual Form Maker for years until it ran out of gas. I tried several others and thankfully found Forminator. Pretty much all the other plugins from these guys are also great. I use Forminator Pro as well but for basic usage Forminator can’t be beat.
