My (favicon) image won’t load into my site identity after clicking “Select”

Like the topic states, My image won’t load. The dimension is correct, I’ve done this before on my other sites. I know its the right steps. It just won’t load. Actually, nothing happens at all, it’s as if I didn’t even try to initiate the image upload in the first place. I’ve read this forum, but don’t see anything that pertains to this specific issue. I wonder if it has to do with this being a second domain under my hosting account, but even then I haven’t experienced this issue with other secondary domains.

Any tips or tricks to get this working?
