    Good day

I’m trying to create feds for both Facebook and Google however they are stuck on 33%. I see from your settings page that all plugin systems are fine.
Could you suggest a solution to the problem?

  • Hi,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. When your feed is stuck processing this usually is being caused by an issue with your WP-cron. We have described this issue into detail here: https://adtribes.io/help-my-feed-processing-is-stuck/

Could this also be happening for you?

Thank you for your prompt response.

Unfortunately I’m hosted with Managed WordPress – GoDaddy. Managed WordPress hasn’t got WP Cron option. I tried to schedule publishing a Page and it failed. I spoke to GoDaddy and they said that there’s nothing they can do. The only way I can use WP Cron is to migrate from Managed WordPress to C Panel. I will not do that as it means migrating my hole website. There are also many benefits of using Managed WordPress through GoDaddy for someone who is not a developer.
So everybody who uses Manged WordPress will face the exact same problem.
Is there a way around it for us?
Is there a WP Cron plugin or perhaps you can help in a different way?
I really would like to use Product Feed Pro for Woocommerce as it seems to be the best plugin for my product feeds.

    Hi,

When you cannot use WP-cron at all than unfortunately there is no way of solving this, our plugin depends on it for updating and creating product feeds.

Assuming the issue at hand has been resolved and our support is no longer required I will close this topic for housekeeping reasons now.

Do not hesitate to reach out to us again in-case you need our help again.
