My experience with the Wawp plugin was extremely disappointing

My experience with the Wawp plugin was extremely disappointing. I attempted to use their free plan but encountered several technical issues, including their website being down for over 12 hours. When I reached out to their support team, I had a previous inquiry regarding payment in Egyptian currency since they had an option for it on their site. However, after I experienced these outages, I sought clarification about the downtime and their support hours. Unfortunately, the response I received took 24 hours to arrive and only included payment details without addressing my concerns about the issues or their working hours. When I brought up this lack of support, the representative responded in an unprofessional manner, resorting to insults. Later, another support agent reached out, but instead of addressing the problem or offering a resolution, they continued the same unprofessional behavior. It’s troubling to think that this reflects the standard set by the app’s owner. Given these negative interactions and the poor customer service, I cannot recommend this plugin.
