    Hello,

    my emails have not been sent for the last 12 hours. It says, they are being “paused”. I checked everything. My number of subscriptions is under 50 and the account is activated. The FAQ say that support has to be contacted, so this is what I am doing now.

    I can’t believe this is happening just one day after I recommended the plugin to a workshop of 80 people…

    Any help is very much appreciated. It is a bit disconcerting that I found this error several times in this forum – all without solution…

    Hi @lebensessenz,

    I’ve checked your account and the MailPoet Sending Service has been paused because you’ve been sending some emails linking to blacklisted domains.

    These blacklisted URLs can be coming from spammy comments or from any other contact form you have on your website.

    You can check if you have too many comments on your website marked as Spam. Sometimes spammy comments add blacklisted domains as their names.

    Check the WordPress Settings if you have selected to send an email to the admin whenever anyone posts a comment and/or a comment is held for moderation

    If you have other forms on your website, ensure they are all protected by adding a captcha.

    If you don’t know where it is coming from, please go to?MailPoet Settings > Advanced >?Send all site’s emails with…?and select?“the default WordPress sending method”?option.

    I need the same assistance. Must it be “unpaused” by one of you? I have read all these multiple blogs which is a bit concerning that it is such a difficult problem to resolve. But I too only have 175 subscribers and excellent ratings. I only had one bounce back and removed it. I get multiple spam emails. I just today added the catpa and removed emails from spam to deleted. But still unable to “Resume sending”. Please advise and/or repair ASAP. Please and Thank you.
