My element shrunk when the sticky is used

Hello I have been trying to use sticky on one of our form and it seems that sticky feature is working but it is shrank when it is returned to normal. It looks pretty awkward in terms of user experience. So could anyone help me with this issue? I have been trying to solve this but couldn’t. The sooner the better please. Thank you!
