My Download Page has no list of Products

  • I created an ecommerce shop and tried to make a checkout. My product was a downloadable product and it has a file uploaded with it. After a successful checkout, also paid in paypal sandbox, I was returned to the page saying that the transaction was successful but when I go to “My Downloads” page, there was nothing to download. Is this a bug or is there i forgot to do.

    Hi,

    The order must be completed. Take a look to the payment method to set status to Completed.

    Thanks for the response. I didn’t notice that one. I can see the downloadable products now.

    One thing, is it normal that the order status is still pending in the Orders Page, because in the email it also says that the status is pending even though its complete.Can it be set to complete automatically when a payment is done by Paypal? Thanks

    Hi,

    You have received two emails. First one is pending. This email is sent when customers click on Purchase button. The second one is set to completed.

    You can avoid the first email from settings.
