    Hello,
    I am running Dokan Pro (business version) along with ShoppyStore (which according to Dokan, supports Dokan). I just finished setting it up and did a test as a user on another computer to see what is what.
    However, when I registered, I only got one email saying that my registration was complete, but I didn’t see anything on the site itself. No redirects, no messages, no nothing.
    I want to know if I need to run a membership plugin alongside these to have a good membership (I am not talking about subscriptions). If yes, what is a “preferably free” plugin that is compatible?

    We have these goals:
    We are a candy and confectionery multivendor website.
    We need users to be registered so that we can enable geolocation for them.
    So we need to have a membership option.
    Users must be able to easily register using their mobile phone number for easy verification (for the elderly)

    Hello @ohyeahdesigns,

    When the registration is completed the vendors get email notification. If your Dokan pages are set properly you will be redirected to the vendor dashboard. You need to set the dashboard properly to make it work.

    Geolocation and membership are paid features of the plugin which we are not authorized to discuss in this forum. For details on the feature, you need to contact our website.

    Hello Roshni,

    Yes, they do get an email notification for their registration and get into the dashboard. But customers don’t. They just get an email.

    By the way, if I were to be able to fully customize my members area (login/registeration page, members area, dashboard, etc. what would I need along with my Dokan?

    As for your website support system, it seems more like a dead support system. They haven’t responded to my ticket (3 or 4 days) and I am on a deadline.
