    Thank you for reaching out regarding the issue with your email template. We recommend checking the template after properly publishing the edited version. Additionally, please test the email by sending a “Test Email” to ensure that everything appears as expected.

    Additionally, kindly share the System Status report in WooCommerce. You can access this by navigating to WooCommerce -> Status -> Get System Status Report.

    But there are few errors on the status report, which says we need to update something.
