My Descriptions just disappeared on my website?

    Hi,

    I have been running my website at PlentyOfBrands.com for about a year now and the descriptions have always showed up. Now, just all of the sudden, there are no descriptions showing up on our product pages? Can someone help me with this. My customers are concerned that our descriptions just disappeared. I had my web tech look at it and the descriptions are there, in the code. They are just not showing up on the website. Any help?

    Hi Christian. Have you made any recent changes. I see the description in the page source but its set to display: none. Any recent updates?

    Hi Mike,

    The only change I have made is I recently updated the plugins. In WordPress that is basically a click and it updates all plugins. That is the only possible thing I can think of? Do you know how I can change that? Thanks again!

    That could certainly do it. You have a conflict somewhere or possibly outdated WooCommerce templates. In the admin section go to WooCommerce->System Status and scroll to the bottom. Does it show any outdated templates? If not, you may want to deactivate plugins one by one, checking the description each time.
