My Dashboard is missing fucntionality….

    I am new to WP so at first I did not notice this problem. But as I continued to develop my site I began to realize that I am missing many functions in my Dashboard.

    For instance, I cannot collpase the left hand menu, I cannot move modules around, the menu in the upper right corner does not work, I dont have a Turbo option or a Help menu. I also noticed that as I started workign with plug-ins I could not see all of thier tools compared to their screenshots.

    Despite of all these issues I have developed a simple website. Nonetheless I need to get my Dashboard working correctly. Can someone please tell me how to do this?

    I installed the latest version of WP 2.7.1 just four days ago. When I completed the installation I got the “Installation Successful” notice.
