My dashboard appears, as soon as I click on one of the dashboard, in a weird way

When I go to admin the dashboard appears as normal but then when I click on any link, such as “pages”, “updates”, etc… it suddenly appears in a very weird way.

On top of this, two more issues are appearing on the actual website:
– a google maps which I embeded seems to be “forever loading” and shows the various markers but not the little blue line showing the path from each marker to the next

– there are three cincopia albums on the front page of which some of the images appear and others not.

Just two days ago, it all seemed to be working just fine. I’m confused as to what may have caused this.
