    Hey @tayfunkazanci,

Could I get you to send over the URL to your site so we can take a look at it?

    Thanks!

My problem still persists. While loading the page, a field called “Use a new payment method” appears and disappears.

This is a situation related to the “Enable Payment via Saved Cards” setting, I think, when I unchecked this, the warning went away, but I want to use this function, what should we do?

    Hi @tayfunkazanci,

Most likely, there is something conflicting with this on the site. The best way to find out what it is would be to run a conflict test. You may want to set up a staging site, a copy of the live site for testing so it doesn’t disrupt your business.

You can learn more about how to test for conflicts here:

    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

If you’d like to set up a staging site, this plugin can be helpful.

Let us know what you find out.

Sir, you have officially sent me an automated message. I’ve already done the plugin conflict test and I’ve also given you the situation regarding the domain causing the problem.

    Hello @tayfunkazanci,

That’s definitely not an automated message. But to be fair, the most common reason for this type of situation is a conflict with another plugin or theme. There was no mention in the thread of a conflict test so that’s why I suggested it.

If you’re still having trouble, we’d be happy to help out. Here’s what we’ll need:

    * Please set up a staging site. That’s a copy of the live site for testing. Many web hosts offer these or you can use the WP Staging plugin to set one up.
    * Go on and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and Stripe. Also, switch to the Storefront theme.
    * Once you have that ready, please open up a ticket in our support system. We’ll need to log into the site since the option to save payments is only available when logged in.

    Thanks
