    My customer is complaining that they didn’t received email notification. Also I haven’t get email notification that there’s a new order. Please advise. Thanks.

    Hi @archyo,

    Our plugin is not responsible for sending the emails. It simply adds a PDF to one of the existing WooCommerce emails. If you are having trouble with sending out emails if would suggest checking the WooCommerce Email FAQ.

    I experience the same problem since today…

    As mentioned above, our plugin (WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips) does not send emails, it only adds an attachment. For email related problems, the Email FAQ is a good resource.
    If you find that deactivating the PDF Invoice plugin restores the order notification, let us know and we’ll do our best to find what exactly is causing this, for now I’m marking this as resolved since it doesn’t appear to be related to our plugin.
