My custom loop works for one page, not for another

    Hi, I am using ECS free version 3.0.0. with Elementor Pro, CPT UI, and ACF – all the latest versions. I created a custom loop to use with the Posts widget, and it worked beautifully. My query filters on a Sub-category of the Category “Products”, and displays all that sub-category of products via the Posts widget. Then I went to another page to use the same custom loop. Again, I used the Posts widget with custom loop, but this time I filtered on a different Sub-category of Products. Everything else is the same on this 2nd page, but the posts don’t display at all! I can see all the sections above and below where the Posts should be, but no content, just a grey background with an icon faintly visible in the middle of it.

    Do you restrict the custom loop so that it can be used only once on a website? I have even made Query IDs for the 2 different queries, but that didn’t help. One page is displayed, the other is not.

    Update: I went back to check on how my “Products” CPT was created, then checked all the fields and their contents, and at some point – I wish I could tell you how, but I have no memory of changing anything – the second page started to show the text fields, but no images! BUT.

    The next morning I checked on the website again, and now I saw that the first page, which had worked fine, now ALSO no longer shows the images, only the text fields.

    I thought again about what I had been doing since creating that 2nd page, and concluded that all I did was create Elementor sections for tablet and smartphone, using that loop and the 2 queries. THEN I noticed that the images show up on smartphone only, for both first and second pages. NOT in tablet view, not in Desktop view. So this has just got weirder.

    Any idea what is happening here?

    Make sure if you use the classic skin it is working. Also the check on the loop template on the image widget in the advanced tab responsive it doesn’t have hide on desktop device
