    My currency switcher is not working in mobile. In desktop its working good but when you take it in mobile and switch currency its not working

    I’ve just visited your website and the currency switcher is working fine for mobile and desktop versions. Were you able to solve your issue in the meantime?

    For mobile version when you select other currency than AED the home page is only reloading not changing the currency

    I can replicate it now, however it seems like a cache/compatibility issue as as soon as you refresh the page, the currency switches correctly. Therefore can you do the following: check if this issue appears in your test site when:

    • Only WooCommerce and WooCommerce Multilingual plugins are activated, as it will tell us if there is an interaction issue with other plugin
    • Theme is set to a WordPress default like Twenty Nineteen as it will tell us if there is an interaction issue with your theme

    If you don’t see the issue happening in the above scenario, can you try to determine whether this is a theme or a plugin issue?

    If you find a culprit, let me know so that we can test this in a minimal environment and escalate to compatibility team if required.

    But the thing is i need to check this in mobile not in desktop so if i check in staging how can i check in mobile

    I can see the same issue in your desktop version. Only refreshing the page displays the right currency. It definitively looks like a cache/ajax issue.

    Unfortunately I can’t help you if you don’t follow the previous procedure. Could you please let us know when you do it and add the URL of your staging site?

    i can do that but what my question is if i do that in staging how can i know its working in mobile can you please let me know how can i check that ? because in desktop its working now only mobile have issue

    As I’ve already mentioned, the problem is visible in your desktop version. However, if you want to check it in mobile as well, you need to do it in a public staging site, in that way you can also check it on mobile.

    If you are not able to create a public staging site, I recommend you to contact your hosting provider or your site’s developer. They will be able to create one for you.

    Sorry for the delay. If everything is working fine in your staging site even without disabling plugins or theme, the problem is associated to your server.

    In that case, I recommend you to disable your cache and/or contact your hosting provider.
