    In my creative mail by constant contact my contacts synced automatically with my woocommerce but only 211 but I have way more. I am willing to upgrade but i want to know how to sync the rest, or how many i have in total to see which plan i need to buy

    yes please! [email protected] because i know about the plans. My question has more to do with the syncing. Like how did it choose to sync 211 and if i were to get a plan how would i sync the rest? because there is no button for syncing only importing from txt files or csv

    I have same problem. More than 700 contacts on my WP site but only 199 carried over to Creative Mail. Please help

    Hi @kelleylindsley! Our current contacts import will only carry over 250 subscribed contacts at a time. Of the 250 available to be imported, it may be that only 199 were actually “subscribed” to receive email notices.

    We are working on improvements to allow for larger contact imports, but as of now you would need to export your contacts (if more than 250) and import them into the Creative Mail contacts section.
