My Contact Forms No Longer Work After Update

    After up-dating from ninja-forms.3.6.24 to the latest ninja-forms.3.6.27 my contact form no longer functions. It loads, and you can fill it out, but after hitting send they don’t deliver me the messages even though the page operates fine. I tried rolling back to ninja-forms.3.6.25 however the same issue still persists. in 3.6.25. I then tried rolling back to 3.6.24 but the same thing still happens, not sending the messages. Ninja forms is simply broken.

  • I seem to have a similar issue, over my many sites, some of the forms just aren’t sending messages anymore and I don’t think it was due to the latest update.

    What seems to be (kind of) working – is to clear the “reply-to” field in the settings and hit publish.

    I wonder it it’s a wp_mail?issue rather than ninja forms.

    Our developers identified an issue with PHP 7 in the security updates within Ninja Forms 3.6.26 version.

    The engineers have released the patch for this. If you would, please install the 3.6.27 version and let us know if this works for you.
