I recently downloaded the Custom Registration Form Builder plugin, but am having trouble getting it to sit where I want to on my contact page.

What I am trying to do is set things up in this order from top to bottom on the body of my contact page:

    – Text blurb

    – Tabs

    – Contact form

Each tab would have a different contact form in it, as I have different types of info required based on the reason I’m being contacted.

When I tested out the first contact form by putting the shortlink under the first tab, though, the form decided to plop itself at the top of my page, above the “text” blurb.

Is there a default alignment somewhere in the CSS that automatically pushes the form to the top of the page? If so, can I remove it?

    Thank you for your time.

  • Hi,

No, there is no default alignment to push the form to the top. Could you please show me the page where this is happening?

We can also help you set it up on your specific page. For that please create a new support ticket on our helpdesk.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

    Hi there,

    Thank you for your response.
I was able to solve the issue by using a different plugin.

    All the best.

I have the same problem. The form is always on the top of the page. ‘Solved’ it by putting the html i wanted above the form, in the header-text field.

I have this exact issue, no matter how I try to lay out my page the form I have created is always at the top.

There is obviously an issue here if more than one person has this problem and it would be nice to see a solution.

Has anyone figured this out it seems to be a real issue for all of us why hasn’t the developer responded to this!?
