My Contact Form 7 stops not responding right after I enable reCaptcha v3

What other plugins and theme do you use on the site?

Same issue here, something with the recaptcha, if i disable it works

getting this error in the inspector

grecaptcha is not defined at HTMLDocument.

Try switching to the default theme, deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7, Site Kit by Google, WooCommerce and WP Mail SMTP, and clearing all cache data.

Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.

I did deactive all plugins you mentioned. Cleared all site cache data and tried again. Belov js error appears in inspector.

Found the issue. You were right. It is a plugin called ModelTheme Knowledge Base by https://themeforest.net/item/wikb-knowledgebase-help-desk-wp-theme/24095122
Now it works like brand new Ferrari!!!
