I don’t really know what happened but my “Percent Cached” metric in analytics suddenly dropped by a lot.

This happened 2 days ago. I am not sure if it is Litespeed’s fault…

I noticed the “Total Requests” increased, “Total Data Served” increase, but the “Data Cached” stayed the same.

    Here is a screenshot: https://prnt.sc/q8out9

Today’s trending is the same with the abnormal percentage (not show in the screenshot).

    Any ideas what happened?

    Hi,

I don’t know when you installed LSCWP or how did you configure it.

But one possibly reason is that you enabled JS/CSS combine

It’s like if you have 100 files size 10 kb , and now you have 10 files size 100 kb.

so this way , the cached data could remain same , but number of requests is reduced tenfold.

Another possibility , by looking your screenshot is that you have some content cloudflare can not cache, you need to check your page and see these request headers to see CF cache header.

    Best regards,

I have js/css combined as I did for several months now. This should decrease the number of requests, no? Mine increased…

It has been the same for the past couple of months and I have not done any changes… not sure what happened 2 days ago…

    Hi,

Try check the request from your page , see if there is any static resources that can not be cached by CF.

But detail log in CF may reuqires higher plan to be able to access.

    Best regards,
