    Hi @amagsumov, A slight misunderstanding is here. Our rule is that any premium/ commercial topics must be taken to your own support service instead of using www.remarpro.com. We have no issue with “non-plugin questions”.

    If you are forwarding free users onto your private support because they’re asking things you don’t necessarily cover, that’s not cool.
