My child theme css doesn't work

Hello everyone,

I have WP 4 with Twenty Eleven Theme.

I have a child theme, so the problem is the next: The style.css doesn’t work.

I add my custom css and doesn’t work.

For example:

@import url('../twentyeleven/style.css');

p{ text-align:justify; }

I wanna justify the text…
