My Category Order 3.3.2 Quit Working

    I use My Category Order 3.3.2 with WP 3.5.1
    on https://skeeterz71.com

    My categories use to display on the side column above the side column search box.

    Today I was disabling my widgets to see if there was a conflict causing a new widget I installed not to work.

    When I disabled My Category Order I lost my category display on the side bar menu and disappeared from the category control panel as I expected they would. But when I reactivated it, I’m still missing the categories on the side bar menu. However they show in the control panel in the order I placed them. So basically it has 1/2 quit working.

    I’m not sure what happened and hope somebody can let me know what to look for.
