• I didn’t do anything and now it is nowhere on my site. Not on my homepage event listing, not on upcoming events on pages, nowhere. I didn’t update it or any other plugin. I’ve ftp’d the most recent version to copy over this one. If I delete and reinstall it, I delete A LOT of data so I’m trying to avoid this. What can I do? Using latest WP & AI1 calendar versions with Mantra theme. This is a HUGE part of my site.

  • I also have this issue.

    When I try support I get that https://www.then.ly doesn’t seem to exist, is this the problem?

    @dave Henry,

    The correct URL is – https://www.time.ly

    thanks, I fixed the issue by downloading the latest version and ftp’ing over the live version.

    Just to confirm, when clicking the support links I was brought to https://help.then.ly not time.ly

    I did end up getting my calendar to display again (right before I was going to delete it) on each of the pages it appears on. It was on the home & theater pages as well as the upcoming events widget in the sidebar of many pages. What happened was that somehow all those widgets got removed from each sidebar and from my home/theater pages that appeared via the “widgets on pages” plugin. I still can’t get into my widgets area unless I disable the AI1 calendar plugin though. I really wish this would get resolved. It worked fine when it was still known as the “then.ly” before the “time.ly” took over. I don’t know what happened at that point but since then, it hasn’t let me into widgets.

    David, can you get into widgets while the calendar plugin is activated? If so, what theme are you using? I tried ftp’ing it and still had no luck.

    We are using the master theme from yoo theme and our own A1 theme based on the vortex theme.
