My Calendar 3.1.7 bug in date drop down

    When editing an event to change the date, the drop down box calendar is unusable.
    If you choose the event from the active calendar and edit the date, the drop down box works correctly. If you copy or select an event from the Manage Events list, (whether to edit or to copy) the drop down box doesn’t show any dates to select after the day prior to the event’s current date. For example, if I select an event from the Manage Events list with the current date, 2019-01-17, the Date drop down calendar is grayed out after the date 2019-01-16. This renders the drop down calendar date selection unusable.

    If you’re moving a date later, you’ll need to edit the end date first. The start date is constrained by the end date.

    I agree, this is not very intuitive.
    I think the end date should be left empty. It should only be set for multi-day events.
    This would help make the copy feature much more usable.

    I cleared the end date. I still could not use the drop down box to enter a start date. I would like to attach an image to illlustrate, Joe, but I don’t see how to do that here.

    No problem! It was a mis-implementation of my intended goal; I’d only implemented what I wanted in a way that applied when editing single instances of recurring events, and didn’t work in normal editing – which wasn’t what I’d wanted!
