My books are not displaying

How is it that you added books to the page? Can you send me a link to the page you created?

It does look like this page (just plain /book/) is conflicting with another plugin you have (“GS Books Showcase”).

I have deleted the plugin for GS Books Showcase. How do I assign a page so the book’s preview will appear? I would like all of them to appear on the front page of the website.

I cannot seem to find the shortcode to add.

You can use the [novelist-books] shortcode to show a list of all your books. There are detailed instructions for the options in that shortcode here: https://novelistplugin.com/docs/general/shortcodes/novelist-books/

So if you want to display books in 1 column and show all the full book content, you’d use:

[novelist-books columns="1" full-content="true"]
