what do they see? I’d suggest making sure you correctly set a my-bookings page in Events > Settings > Pages > Other Pages (note, there’s two my bookings bits there, you want two different pages for each one if you intend to use both, 1st one if the one you want above).

    events/mybookings

all it has in the doc is
    CONTENTS

    thats right yeah ?

    (@netweblogic)

CONTENTS is ok, if that’s all you see then you aren’t assigning a page which EM then uses to output the booking info

that setting would be the first My Bookings page option you listed above.

    The bookings page is this

    https://karlthomas.co.uk/events/my-bookings/ ?

Then in the events >settings > pages > other Pages

    My Bookings
My bookings page = My Bookings

    this is right yeah ?

got the same problem; but the user can see and manage his/her bookings only if i tick “manage_others_bookings” in events>settings>general>users possibilities>subscriber

and that for sure is not ok, because that would mena, that every user can manage bookings of any other booked in user

    Thank you for help

    hi

yes, that is correct Events > Settings > Pages > Other Pages > My bookings page then set tick user capabilities manage_bookings at Events > Settings > General > User Capabilities

    @elyogiachi,
what happens if you tick manage_bookings only?

    Thread Starter [email protected]

    (@karlseabreezebrightoncom)

    In User Capabilities – Subscriber

    delete_event_categories ?
    edit_event_categories ?
    manage_others_bookings ?
    manage_bookings ? TICKED
    upload_event_images ? TICKED

But still the user does not see their events when viewing the MyBookings page

I have the same problem as [email protected],
if i tick manage_bookings only, the user see No Bookings
on his page (means Events > Bookings)

you can try it on my blog: https://blog.yogalibre.cz/

you must have the pages set up incorrectly as pointed out above, you need to assign ONE page per setting above, you can’t use the same page for different things e.g. My Bookings and Manage bookings page

    (@elyogiachi)

Marcus sorry, maybe i am totally out of understanding but I don′t know how do you mean it. I tried all possibilities:
    1. if I untick manage_bookings then the user cannot even see the booking page;
    2. So i let the manage_bookings ticked and tried all possible variations with My bookings in Pages > Other pages but none of them allowed me (as a testing user) to manage my bookings..

Do you have any suggestions, pls?

firstly, manage_bookings has no effect here. that is for users who create an event and want to manage bookings made for their event. different scenario.

Try creating a new WP page, don’t give it a parent, and also try writing some random text in there (EM will overwrite it). The, assign that new page in your Pages > Other Pages > My Bookings dropdown. Save.

    Does it work now?

    All sorted My Mistake

Had chosen the same page to represent both My Bookings and Manage Bookings
