My blog won’t show up, but my theme will.

I havent used wordpress long until I managed to mess it up.
So I installed this plugging script, (nonwordpress) and it replaced my index with its. So I deleted it and made a new index, with the header and footer, which shows up just fine. but my blog isnt there. is there some kind of code I should put inbetween the header and footer codes?
