My blog template disappeared at update

    I had a blog home template that looked completely different and after update the page is loading the Greenshift template. I have a child-theme with Greenshift as the base. Go to the News page and see – where did my template go?

    I had to rebuild the blog home template so now it’s working but ??? Out of nowhere it just disappeared.

    I guess because you used Classic way (via Settings – Reading – Blog page), this was not supported earlier.

    Thanks for the tutorial. In terms of workflow, because I design websites for clients I need a base to start from that can then be changed quite a bit from one project to the next so I create child themes. Does the workflow described in your tutorial apply to child themes too?
