  • My blog post comments are closed. I did not really touch the settings and I allowed comments in the settings section.

    How to open it and show the comments on my blog post

    In addition to what you’ve already done, can you go to the Settings-> Discussion section again and uncheck the option “Automatically close comments on articles older than * days” and save changes.

    Then, additionally, you can once go to the post that is displaying the closed comment and click on edit post. Then on the right in the Document settings, there should be a section named Discussion. You can check whether you have enabled “Allow Comments”.
