If your blog is redirecting like that then your site is hacked and needs to be deloused.

Well somehow i am having the same problem, i dont know what is happening

Redirection like that is a symptom of a hack, meaning your site or server is compromised.

There’s not really a short cut to delouse your site. You can find the code (I hope) where that redirection occurs but if you do not close the door that that hack came in via then you’re not going to fix the real problem.

I use Genesis Magazine theme, well my has stopped redirecting after i removed UPME
