my blog disappeared

    Hi,

    i decided to have a custom blog to go with my website, this past weekend it disappeared completely, the web developer was able to get back some of the information but i did lose content. Now I can’t log in, my username and password don’t exist and my web developer is out of the country for 2 weeks. any one feel like they can offer advise or recommendations. Please understand that i went the custom route because i don’t understand anything about doing any of this.

    How did content get lost? How does a blog disappear? A web developer would know this stuff and content can not be lost unless someone screws with the database or there is a major problem with it.
