My blog crashed

  • My blog has been up for over a month, eveything working fine. I’m using version 2.7.1 with the ‘Flexibility Theme’ Today, my pages don’t display properly online. Instead, I get this error code:

    I am not a coder and do not know how to address this type of issue. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

    the first thing you do is replace that file with a fresh one out of the wordpress 2.7.1 zip.

    the file you need to replace is wp-includes/rss.php

    That error is usually a result of editing in an editor like MS Word. Assuming you havent made any changes to that file I would be curious to see it. If you rename the current file on your server to rss.txt I can take a look at it.
