My blog cant go to previous post page

HI:

I just purchased a blog theme which wasn’t supposed to be used as a blog layout, but instead as a magazine layout. Now, I modified it, and found out the ‘previous posts’ link goes nowhere.

Could you please help me fixing this problem? Or at least creating a page to display page 2 posts? tks a lot!!
